How to Produce a CV -
In Financial Services, future employers place a fair amount of importance on CV’s. It is a document about you, presented by you and tests your ability to sell yourself to them. It needs to have a certain amount of ‘Wow factor’ about it, where the potential Company you are interested in joining turn round and say ‘Yes we really want to see you’. Your CV is a door opener and has to contain the correct correlated information in the proper format.

Interview Guidelines -
Most people can be a bit rusty on their interview techniques and can be the make or break of a future successful career. Too many good quality Advisers fall at the first hurdle by not presenting themselves properly. It is similar to meeting a new client, where the first five minutes are the most crucial. The client makes up their mind whether they will buy you in those first few minutes.
The interview is where you need sell yourself. The Company also need to sell themselves as well and there needs to be common interest and an agreement as to what the next step is.
